[Feature Request] Hidden User ID

I'd like to see the ability to create a user that you can use for notifications (for example, such as a contact form that notifies you through a topic).

An example would be creating a user called 'Contact Form' and using that ID to post the notification topics from that particular modification (or in-built IPB feature), but at the same time being able to hide that user from other members. :)
