Search members by birth date

I've just figured out, that there's no searching for members by birth date. Seems pretty strange to me, since not everyone uses Calendar. On my board it's disabled, for example, so there's no way to find out, who have birthday even for tomorrow.

Mind adding this feature? Not much work, I guess. Just and extra option.
