I think it would be cool to be able to turn this off, reason is I use several browsers and want to use it for some that I can use it in

"You have set 'Rich Text Editor' as your editor but your browser isn't compatible with it. The standard editor has been used instead."

It should inform the user if thier browser is compatible or not, but not prevent the user from turning it on.
