Filter Bypass Option

I'd like to see an option for individual forums to be able to bypass IPB's integrated word filter.

Perhaps an admin would want certain words filtered throughout most of the board, but they may have a section that they'd like to allow those words for whatever reason. With this feature, they could specify that the filter ignore that area of the board.
