[2.1 RC1] Topic Cut-off

Topic cut-off annoyance.

You change a forum's topic cut-off to allow all the topics to be seen, you then view a topic, and then use the breadcrumb trail (navstrip) to go back to the list of topics and the cut-off has been reset to the forums default.

EDIT: Come to think about it, this is probably more of a feature request than a bug, sorry.

This is not a bug in IPB but is more of a feature suggestion.

I have used forums before that you can do this, such as UBB, and I do find it handy, so +1
