OK, so this is pretty unlikely, except from noobs trying to "delete" their post perhaps?

If you quick edit a post, delete all the post text, then "complete edit" and "cancel edit" don't work. Perhaps it could prompt to just delete the topic/post instead (if the user is allowed to do that)

This is not a bug in IPB but is more of a feature suggestion.
