Wanted in IPB 2.1

I need provide the ability for registered users to "bulk subscribe" for one of my web sites, that is currently running 2.0.4.

Specifically, in a member's My Controls > Subscriptions > View Forums, provide an ability to "bulk select" ALL existing forums/subforums in that web site, and when selecting this option to choose which type of subscription is desired (e.g., daily digest, no email notification, or immediate email, etc.). If that user has already subscribed to a forum, then its type of subscription should be left unchanged.
