May I suggest another? The facility to move all of a Members Posts and if possible Topics? You could then have a 'jail' forumin which to move them (a pre-selected forum similar to the Trash Can) until ready to action depending upon the circumstances.

Also the option to delete all of a Members posts and or topics?

We do this manually often enough that I can see where having it automated through the ACP could prove useful.
