Remember last used search method

I think it would be great if IPB could "memorize" which was the last search method (simple/advanced) used. If possible, also store the options (sorting, result type...), but that isn't so important.
If saving the last method used is not possible, at least let the user select which of the two modes he wants to use from the CP.
