How about make it so in "The Moderating Team" section, allow your personal photo (or another one) to be there to make forums friendlier?

Or taking it one step further, allow an "About Me" bit, so Staff and Admins can add a bit about themself?

Just a thought.

Its not really a Important Feature IMO.

Yea I'm not sure of the importance of it as if you click on The Moderation Team link in the list you can click on anyones name and it will show you everything your requesting already.
