Admin CP: Add New General Settings Feature

Hey,

Matt, could you possibly add an option to add in javascript, and extra field varibles for setting fields please?

Example:
When creating a new setting inside a setting group, say the field is a text input.
In the setting form, you can add a field to give the size of the input or something like that. And if no size is given, use the default lendth.

Same thing with multi-select dropdowns. Instead of the limit being 5, we can change it to like 8 or 10 or whatever number.
