right now you can set the maximum size for all attachments in a post but you cant set the individual allowed size for an attachment

this was possible in 1.3 but now in 2.0 where theres multiple uploads per post, theres no setting to limit individual attachments

I can't really see the need for this. Large pictures are displayed as a preview so it doesn't take up too much space and with files the user still cannot exceed their total upload limit.
