I noticed the Organization schema works IF the TLD is the forums. However, that's not the case for us. Instead, IC a directory off the the TLD (i.e. https://TLD/forums). In this instance, the schema ends up like this: @type Organization @id https://www.TLD/forums/#organization mainEntityOfPage https://www.TLD/forums/ name Name of Forums url https://www.TLD/forums/ Where it should be: @type Organizatio…

Currently, if you have child themes, the url for the header logo always takes you 'home'. It would be great to have the option to make a custom theme's logo point to another URL of the admin's choice. Thoughts?

Hello, I would like to propose 2 things that I ran into recently and I think they can be solved. Create a button, for templates/applications and plugins, where you can cancel sending a file to be checked. I was in the position where I uploaded the text file with the update, the images and I forgot because of fatigue to upload the xml as well theme with the update. You have to wait 1.2 ... x days to be rejected, then you have to upload it again and wait again 1.2 ... x days for approval. I know, every person should be careful not to be in this position, but there may be cases where you forget something and it would be more useful both for you and for us. Add ag…

Wouldn't it be preferable if this setting could just be applied to selected primary forums rather than all of them? Example:

At default state, if you are following someone on the forum, you get a notification on every newly opened topic, and every new reply is made by the user you followed. (It's a lot of notifications!) The user should have the option to choose which item content he should get a notification on. (only new opened topic/every new replies/both/specific forum/ etc)

I am playing around with the badge / achievements feature and I have a couple of suggestions. I plan to award achievements from our desktop software program. It looks like the WebAPI supports this. It would be good to have a customizable description for badges, so the user knows what they did to earn it, besides just seeing the badge title, which is usually some kind of joke or pun. It would also be good to have badges that are a result of incremented progress. Like if I want a badge after the user creates 100 boxes, each time they create a box I would increment their progress towards the badge. This is how Steam handles some achievements.

Every year we send out an item by post to all of our members, is it possible to request that the customer address be added to the "Download member" list please? There are load of option in there but the address details are not one of them. I spend a lot of time in SQL exporting and trying to format the details in to the format I require for shipping every year which I would like to avoid if possible as its very tedious. Thanks 🙂

The default badge for "week one done" is showing a number 3 instead of a 7. I fixed it here: <svg width="150" height="150" viewBox="0 0 150 150" fill="none" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"> <circle cx="75" cy="75" r="75" fill="url(#paint0_linear)"/> <g opacity="0.2"> <circle cx="75" cy="75" r="71.5" stroke="black" stroke-width="7"/> </g> <path d="M75 40C55.6695 40 40 55.6695 40 75C40 94.3305 55.6695 110 75 110C94.3305 110 110 94.3305 110 75C110 55.6695 94.3305 40 75 40ZM86.5255 91.4745L71.5 76.449V54H78.5V73.551L91.4745 86.5255L86.5255 91.4745Z" fill="white"/> <circle cx="117" cy="117" r="31" fill="#334155" stroke="white" strok…

I am mapping out the CSS classes in Figma and I notice a lot of repetition and very small hue changes and I would suggest a small overhaul to reduce the variables a bit, or use a standard hue base instead? This is not all the colors, but you can see the repetitions I think 🙂

If I click the cursor on the topic name and edit it, but it turns out to be too long and an error message appears. And then everything just gets erased! This is a very bad interface and needs to be fixed.

If you have ever used discord there is a great button @everyone and all users on the server will receive a notification. Is there a way to do that on the invision community?

it is very annoying these flags are not persistent or at least by default all of them checked. Is this possible as it is very annoying to always needing to click them and if you forget to check, the search box text is also deleted. Basically search in titles and messages is important, but for me as an administrator, search by name, is paramount.

I would like to suggest a feature that will let us see the last comment in the pinned topics is displayed instead of the first comment. There is something VERY annoying with how pinned topics. The data displayed in the streams and list of topics DOES NOT correspond with the LAST comment made in the topic. It's annoying because my community focused on the last topics updates. So as a user who sees the PINNED topics, you want to see the latest comment, not the original ones made like 2 years ago 😞 Thanks.

While browsing and considering additional features I cannot help but think of how Invision can better service me and my site as a customer. Right now, these plans have wanted features across the board that were more siloed for individual communities before but broken down now between new tiers. This a little late to the party to complain about; but part of the suggestion following the Cloud Webinar and the December 2022 meetings/streams. For me and my smaller community its simply not yet justifiable as our forums does not generate revenue for the higher price point of $549/ month $6,588 total annually but full access to analytics in this same Business tier could be levera…

While I see this post, I would like to point out that the EU has amended it’s rules this year and consumer subscriptions for EU citizens now need to be able to be cancelled the same way they are bought. It should not require tickets, emails and so on. If I can subscribe clicking a few buttons, a similar process must be implemented to cancel subscriptions. That would include the entire package but also adding and removing just “Gallery” for example. Not providing those options is banned and punishable as “dark pattern”. (P.S. Just to be clear: I am not talking about the features of the software, but this website and IPS customer’s functions here in the Client …

Hello, I believe it would a good idea if it were possible to add the alert system to the reported content? Members report something wrong with a topic. The report is solved but alerting him with a custom message about what was done with the report would be great. Thanks

Hi Invision, Withdrawals with PayPal are definitely an issue in Invision right now. For them to work, it is indeed necessary that the Payouts are activated on our PayPal account. However, these Payouts are only offered by PayPal in a handful of countries – for example not in France. And PayPal's sales and technical support is absolutely disastrous; it is nearly impossible to reach them or get a response. We are therefore forced to make manual payments, and it is a real hassle. Also, would it be possible to integrate Stripe's Payouts solution? https://stripe.com/connect/payouts Their implementation seems much simpler to me than PayPal's. …

The release "IPS Community Suite 4.6.9" Fixed an issue where banned users show in @mentions. Can something similar be applied to private messages to prevent banned members showing in the "To" list as you type?

Please consider displaying the payment method or grouping the cards by payment method to avoid a member deleting what looks like an unwanted duplication of a card that could be needed for an automatic renewal. This topic would explain more.

Hello, I want to suggest a much-needed feature allowing us to display new main menu entries BASED on secondary groups. Currently, the software only allows you to display the menu options to the primary groups. However, when the community is used to offering several different products, secondary groups are a MUST. As of now, it's IMPOSSIBLE to choose a custom secondary group; we are forced to select a group from the list (see screenshot) but unable to display the menu entry based on primary/secondary groups. For this reason, when a new user purchases one of the many products in my community, I CANNOT show a specific menu entry because a new user wi…

This would be a great way to structure threads within a forum. It would allow for organic tangential discussions to form and users to go down that road if desired or to remain with the main topic at hand. I am guessing there would have to be some form of button within the editor interface that would allow the user to respond tangentially or topically. Additionally, Moderators should have abilities to move posts along the stream. Tree of Thought Structure Image 1: Image 2

While its nice that Stripe offers payment by bank transfer via "Sofort", compared to other payment options the process is rather awful. Customers get charged immediately, but the order remains in a Pending state for multiple days. I lost count how many customers were contacting us as to why their money is gone but did not receive the product. It's especially infuriating for germans because "Sofort" in german means "Instant" - but its the exact opposite of instant. There are many ways to improve this, but at the very least I would suggest to properly communicate this with the customer. I added a warning via template hack. Would be nice if it were a default feature. Wo…

I have auto pay (license) but ACP popup is asking me if I want to renew the license? Confusing First: Why system does not know i have auto renew is on???? That will eliminate the popup question... Second: The popup is not giving me option to avoid the pop up or there is no check box to let system know i have auto renew.... after I closed the popup and system asked me why I do not want to renew - I am really confused right now....

Dear folks, at this point we are unable to save a newly created bulk email without sending it first. It would be nice if we could save draft, some of our emails can be involved and it takes time to create, such as a newsletter. Thanks for your consideration
