Please consider displaying the payment method or grouping the cards by payment method to avoid a member deleting what looks like an unwanted duplication of a card that could be needed for an automatic renewal. This topic would explain more.

Hello, I want to suggest a much-needed feature allowing us to display new main menu entries BASED on secondary groups. Currently, the software only allows you to display the menu options to the primary groups. However, when the community is used to offering several different products, secondary groups are a MUST. As of now, it's IMPOSSIBLE to choose a custom secondary group; we are forced to select a group from the list (see screenshot) but unable to display the menu entry based on primary/secondary groups. This would be a great way to structure threads within a forum. It would allow for organic tangential discussions to form and users to go down that road if desired or to remain with the main topic at hand. I am guessing there would have to be some form of button within the editor interface that would allow the user to respond tangentially or topically. While its nice that Stripe offers payment by bank transfer via "Sofort", compared to other payment options the process is rather awful. Customers get charged immediately, but the order remains in a Pending state for multiple days. I lost count how many customers were contacting us as to why their money is gone but did not receive the product. It's especially infuriating for germans because "Sofort" in german means "Instant" - but its the exact opposite of instant. There are many ways to improve this, but at the very least I would suggest to properly communicate this with the customer. I added a warning via template hack. I have auto pay (license) but ACP popup is asking me if I want to renew the license? Confusing First: Why system does not know i have auto renew is on???? That will eliminate the popup question... Second: The popup is not giving me option to avoid the pop up or there is no check box to let system know i have auto renew.... after I closed the popup and system asked me why I do not want to renew - I am really confused right now....

Hello, It would be great if tags could be hidden for specific user groups. Tags a great for organizing topics and forums, but when you have a paid community, there are things you need to limit and restrict to prevent access to certain topics, in this case, by using tags. It would help a lot to have the possibility to hide/show tags for specific user groups. Thanks

Good day folks, I love the word expansion feature in our community, the only issue I see with it is if I delete a word or acronym that I don't want linked in our content anymore, the html is still left in the content, would it be possible in the future to add an option for us to be able to strip html from content if a word or acronym is deleted at the Word Expansion portal? Hi IPS, Any news on adding spam protection features to the Contact Us facility? Happens that general tagging idea changes over time in the community or community gets redesigned. It would be nice to rebuild existing topics to clear existing tags to get a rid of outdated ones.

Hey, Have a few ideas on how the badge system can be improved quite easily. At the moment, a rule for example, may say that a badge is awarded when a member joins a club. A way of upgrading this rule would be to allow admins the option to select a SPECIFIC club. For example, if they join the 'LGBTQ+' club, members are awarded a Pride flag badge or something. It would also be super helpful to extend this to specifics on posting in a specific thread, following a specific member etc. - giving community managers more creative options for engaging members and the community. I wish the "username is also here" mention at the top of a forum or topic would not cause the entire content to shift up and down. For example instead adding more space above the forum name like this: Maybe it could be below the forum name?

The board has an option to Prune topics that haven't had a reply for X Days but is it possible to develop something via the board or an app, that prunes topics that haven't been viewed for X Days instead ? Sadly some important topics have been locked to prevent posts and these would be missed if they are removed.

CKEditor 4 is reaching the end of life (source). Instead of jumping onto the CKEditor 5 bandwagon, I propose Invision consider an alternative editor. There are many well-established modern editors such as, for example, TinyMCE, Froala, Quill, and Redactor, to name a few. Any of these would make satisfactory alternatives. CKEditor may be 'old school,' but it has become bloated, larger in file size and load time. Most of the issues it encounters often have to do with responsive layouts on a mobile device and excessive load time. I noticed that blocks placed on the main downloads page also show on the Category View. It would be great to NOT have the block on the downloads page be visisble on the category view page(s). Depending on the number of files/categories... any blocks added can make the pages long.

I wish that tagging other members in a post was quicker, more like on Facebook, where: I type "@" and a couple of letters, The suggestion menu pops-up, I press Enter to confirm the first (or only) suggestion in the menu.
