Auto-unhide

Hi

I am looking for someone who can do this:

I pre-write some posts, but "HIDE" them until a later date. I'd like something that can search and UNHIDE these posts on basically a static basis (Every Monday @ 9Am) & are always posted by my admin account.

I found a way to do this, using the Rules extension

Could you elaborate more?  I'm interested in this feature as well.
