Manually edit the code using the editor toggle and add <center> at the start of the embed code and </center> at the end.

I use this.

The editor had a YouTube button which can be download via their site which you can center videos, however it stopped for me. I don't know if this is the editor, or something within an update but I find editing the code to be easier.
