When the "Permanently delete content" setting is set to 'x days after it has been deleted', we see the following when content is being deleted: or And then, if you happen to go to the Moderator CP and select content in the 'Deleted content' section, you see the following: If you then change the "Permanently delete content" setting to 'Immediately' - you see those first 2 images again, and poof your content is gone. Maybe if the setting is set to 'Immediately' then the prompts should be 'Are you sure you want to delete permanently?" in the dialog, and the 'Delete' title on hover should be 'Delete Permanently'?

I have a forum where there are several groups with read and write access. In this forum I want to see the option to create a TOPIC where only a group of those who have access to the forum can write in it. It's possible..?? Since ips staff use monday.com too, why not give us that integration? Part of monday.com power will be converted as power of ips too... My dream When my customers sign up receiving monday.com guest invitation, I would like that sign up occurred in my ips site too.

Before you release 4.7, please consider fixing the PWA navigation on iOS. If you use the PWA on this site right now, the iOS limitation of no BACK button in the PWA is a major usability issue. The default theme has a navigation button in the top left menu bar, but it always seems to go to the forum listing and not BACK to the topic listing (or the page that you navigated from). For example, I like to browse content from the "All Activity" page. But once I view a content item in this listing, there is no way to get back to the "All Activity" page directly. You need to navigate to the page again using some other means (which means multiple taps/scrolling). The bu…

I think it would be a great addition if we could set top level sections (similar to the category container on forum) for clubs or a way to add additional filters to clubs other than the current filters (All clubs or My clubs) Eg. (Gaming community) Criminal Clubs -> crim club 1, crim club 2, crim club 3 Enforcement Clubs -> cop club 1, cop club 2, cop club 3

Hello, We have just made the big move to IPB 4.7 to take advantage of the new alert function for an upcoming event. This system is very well done, but it lacks a little something, indeed, on the example below, when the user clicks on the small arrow of the iframe to access the topic, this same alert is displayed again on the newly opened page: Is it possible to make sure that if the user clicks on an iframe integrated to the alert, it is considered as read without having to click on "Dismis"? Or is it possible to create a "Go to topic" button? This would be a great tool! Sincerely, Kims

The Editor in IPS Community is a third-party add-on. CKEditor, or something if memory serves. Question is -- can that editor be extended? Markdown extension to the Editor? Users are wondering, so I'm asking. If not, so be it. Just not something I worry about but they do.

Since I change my default currency in IPS from EUR to USD I've users that theyhad a credit/debit card configured, but now not are available from new purchases. They should write all parameters again. At the same time all historic transactions for this users in EUR are missing. One example is user ID:2305. Can you take a look to show all historic data and payment info in upcoming updates? Thanks a lot.

In record feeds or activity stream blocks, the number of comments is always shown. Even if the comments are disabled from the database. Please respect the setting and do not display the number of replies for the database records where replies are not possible.

Hidden Posts When a post is hidden by a moderator, the member that created the post should still be able to see the hidden post (in pink) and reason why it was hidden. Notification When a post is hidden, the member should also receive a notification that their post has been hidden, linking to the post which will show the reason why. But why? 1) It eliminates the confusion, did I post that or not, I’m sure I did but where’s it gone? Now if the member repeat posts I have grounds to slap them with a warning to obey my authority. 2) I can’t expect moderators to engage privately with members over every hidden post, no member ever likes to be censo…

IPB Guest Posts Feature Useless because does not stop spam bots to post even Captcha is ON I open this topic After investigation by IPB I am being told Spam Bots managed to go thru Captcha and post entries... Unfortunately, this isn't going to work as you imagine for posts generated by spam bots since they typically won't load the editor/UI/JavaScript but make direct POST requests to submit content. I had to turn guest post off I open this topic to discuss our what we can do about this spam bots....

Renew now for $32 on the app that has a $7 renewal fee will cause confusion. It was because I had three open invoices for other apps as well, which... fine, I need to renew those also and its great that they're all in one transaction, but this button could cause confusion.

Hi team, I think that will be usefull to add another property when we copy and paste content in any post or reply. We need can to add text as plane text but with links. Wee need delete all styles but keeping the links in content. The rich text add a lot of useless code that we dont need. If we paste as plane text and we need to create every link again can be a hard work with many links. Can you take a look to add this propertie in future updates? Thanks a lot!

is it possible to override the general permissions of a user group for certain permissions only on a member? If we want to give some specific permission to a single member, we have to create a group just for him. It would be easier for each member to also be configurable on all permissions which will take priority when activated over general group permissions.

Would it be possible to sell lesson or coaching hours using the calendar? The trainer would put his available times and days in the calendar and then any member could easily see and then buy. thanks

Hi, So when we automatically promote community members to higher levels it should be because they have been a good community member. Right now there is an option to not promote "Banned" community members...(which seems kind of pointless to me), so why not have the option where we can decide what is the maximum amount of warning points a member can have and still be eligible for a group promotion.

I would like to create a space for school parents club. But current club environment missing something: 1. Invited or request to join a club, it is ok. 2. All parents can post and read topics of a Discussion forum, it is ok. 3. Once parents are joined that club, no problem they can be part of club by lifetime. It is ok. 4. Due the parents can be different yearly, so we need create a discussion "forum 20xx" yearly for parents if that year, so parents who already have their children graduated don't need to be part of that yearly forum.
