We recently had Invision migrate an old version of our forum into Invision's software. We went through the test procedure and when photos weren't showing up, we were told that it was due to the fact that the database was not finished "indexing". Now that indexing is complete there are still several photos not showing up. Now we cannot communicate with their support via email, so I posting this here, hoping to reach some support representative with Invision and get them involved again to fix this issue. Hello, I'm trying to translate the friendly URLs of the community into my website's language, but I'm running into a problem with some applications that I can't translate. For example: The real URL: app=calendar&module=calendar&controller=view&view=overview&do=featured Is by default configured with the friendly URL: https://mydomain.com/events/featured And I'm trying to translate it to https://mydomain.com/encuentros/destacado But when I save the configuration, it gets stored as https://mydomain.com/events/encuentros/destacado, meaning, it shows the translated name of the application as another subdirectory of the application itself, but it…

Since update and patch I am finding that some processes are just hanging on the dashboard. I have tried to manually run them and turned on Cron Job for tasks and still not clearing. Members are complaining that on some topics (usually old or large topics) last replies are not showing in the topic on the index page or that the post is still showing unread when they have checked. Any suggestions.

Hello. I am setting up a product for sale in the site shop, with a monthly subscription, as it is an online course. But I can't find a way to limit the number of renewals. My course has a duration of five months, and I would like to charge for the subscription to the course for only five months, but the only option I can find is for the user to cancel the subscription at the end of the course, which seems to me to be an abuse of the customer. Could you tell me how to limit product renewals and subscriptions? Thanks and best regards

I hadn't upgraded my forum for a while, and several days ago I updated to the latest version. Since then, there has been a problem with switching pages in forums. When someone clicks on a page number, e.g., 'Page 3,' nothing happens. The URL updates correctly, but the page remains the same. The only way to switch to a new page is to right-click on the page number and then select 'Open in New Tab.' I tried clearing system caches and disabling third-party customizations.

For months now I seem to have to login twice before I can finally get access to the site. I visit invisioncommunity.com and login via existing customer. I get the following error: After a long wait, I get the following error: Restarting the login process usually gets me access to the site. Running Microsoft Edge with "Basic" tracking enabled.

Possible bug. The POST does work for most of the input I'm passing, but failing under certain cases. Would prefer to PM the details as it's a specific case that is not working and I'm not really sure what is causing it, so best to provide the actual REST POST data and the subsequent query being created by the IPS software that is failing (as seen in the System Logs). Will also provide a working case for comparison.

Hi, one of my users is using an iPad and has reported there is no Reply box at the bottom of any threads. I use a custom theme but I switched him to the default theme in case it was a theme issue but he says the problem is still there. If he switches to his phone he is able to reply as the options are there. Is this a known issue or do you have any suggestions? Thanks again, Rob

Hi, I try to create a block (in Pages) sort by Last updated date but the block doesn't work. Maybe I missed something (especially since I don't see anyone talking about it) but if I edit a record (regardless of the modified field) the block is not updated (If I change the title, content or anything else the record doesn't go to the top). Can you confirm to me that there is indeed a problem with this? Or maybe sorting by last update doesn't work as I think ?

Hello, I updated to the latest version 4.7.16 today. But after the update, the editor no longer works. When I try to click on the reply box or the reply button, the editor does not open. I have also noticed in the backend that all editor fields are simply displayed as an empty box (without content). How can I fix this problem?

When prospective Members click on "Sign Up" and fill out the form that appears and press "Create My Account," nothing happens. My Message Board was able to accept new Members up until just a couple of weeks ago. Can anyone help with this? **Self Hosted Community** Hi all, Recently, I've been getting several emails from new members saying they did not receive their access. As always, I reply asking if they've searched into all their folders (spams...). And each time, they say they've looked and there's nothing nowhere. So I did the test myself with a gmail email address and... no automatic access email nowhere. PS: I did not seem to have this kind of problem before the Google and Yahoo DMARC mess but maybe it is a completely different reason.

I do not get any email notifications from this site, neither support tickets. The email address is valid and in use daily. I do get notifications from accounts@invisionpower.com but not from noreply@invisionpower.com or support@invisionpower.com Can you please check, if email in my account is somehow blacklisted in your system?
