Hi, we're currently testing a migration back to self-hosted and are running into a strange issue where we're getting warnings that the following files have been modified. We've re-downloaded them and confirmed what's on the server matches the downloads, but the warning persists. Hi, the latest update of IP.Board may have created this error. In practice it is impossible to download the attached files in the first message of a support ticket, instead the attached files from the second message onwards do not have this problem. No configuration has been changed on our part.

Since the upgrade, our forum has been inundated with spam posts originating from our members' accounts. It appears that these spammers are utilizing our members' accounts to submit posts containing spam URLs. Despite our implementation of hCaptcha, the issue persists unabated. This influx of spam posts is not only disruptive but also undermines the integrity and usability of our forum for our genuine members. I migrated the site from "******" to "******". Everything works perfectly and the files come from the new URL but in the sitemap configuration page, the URL remains that of the old domain "https://*******/sitemap.php" If I try to change it to "https://******/sitemap.php", it gives me an error about the URL: Please enter a valid URL for the sitemap.php file

Some of the source files for Invision Community have been modified. public_html/community/applications/core/modules/admin/support/phpinfo.php You should download an unmodified copy of those files and upload them to your server. Once that is done, check if the problem persists. I have downloaded and reinstalled this file 3 times and cant get it to go away, any info will help. I have also done a complete reinstall of the whole package and no change. Thanks

Had a user ask this question today....(using the "Content I Started" tab) they wanted to know why when searching a particular date range for their posts only 2 or 3 posts came up? I also tried this for myself and I entered a 6 month range for 2020 and I only got 3 posts when I know that I had many more than that? Anybody know why this is happening or is it a bug in 4.7.16? Thanks

I'm trying to change the title of our website. I've managed to track down most of them but I cannot find where the title in the bottom of the pages is found (see picture) or the email header. Looking at the HTML in the email wrapper it looks as though 'board_name' is used. But I cannot find that anywhere in CP. Could someone point me in the right direction ?

Hey, it seems Google Authenticator for MFA has stoped working, QR images for enrrollement are not properly being generated. It seems google has finally deprecated it and all querys to https://chart.googleapis.com/ are failing with a 404 error. I wanted to start my forums from scratch by using new location (forums.manishbangia.com), while the old location was www.manishbangia.com/forums. But while trying to configure it, I am getting following error. An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. Hello, I installed a ads.txt plugin from Invision community and it completely broke the front end of my site, wondering how I can fix it so the header looks normal once again, I am using IPS focus Dimension 4.7.15 as my theme, wondering what I need to edit to make it look normal again? Hello, just to make sure, as I don't use this for ages. I created an activity stream here on IPS to display only content items (topics) but replies (comments) are displayed too: Is that right? Shouldn't it show only the topics (first post) and no replies, like above? Thank you. AS ID 1211, just in case.

Hi all, I'd like to ask some support for upgrading my software to 4.7.17 version as it is required to keep using Sofort and Ideal payment methods via Stripe. I found this tutorial and copied all steps. However, when I click "Check for new updates", the Beta does not become available. Usually when there is a new update available, I get a notification which enables me to install the update. This notification doesn't pop up. Could you please advise? Thanks in advance. Hi, I noticed that IP.Board sends support ticket URLs to bing via the Indexnow service when there is a new response. Since support tickets are private, not public, shouldn't they be exempt from this feature? Also because a false request will always be sent, as Bing (or others) will never be able to access and recognize the new content. Thanks

Hi, I got an email from Stripe about my integration with Invision Community stating: I am on the latest version of Invision Community (v4.7.16) so why is it using an outdated version of Stripe's API? I tried to find it in my community configuration to see if I can update it myself but cannot find it. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

In the file /system/File/Amazon.php inside the function deleteContainer() this code is executed when adding a new delete task to delete the files in a bucket folder (container): /* Turn on task */ \IPS\Db::i()->update( 'core_tasks', array( 'enabled' => 1 ), array( '`key`=?', 's3_delete' ) ); The problem is that the task's key is not s3_delete but s3Delete (no space + capitalized). When adding an announcement it's possible to select an ending date before the starting date. When that happens that announcement will never show. Example: Start date: 26 March End date: 7 March (instead of 7 April) When adding/editing an announcement, it should throw an error if the end date comes before the starting one.

Stripe supports direct debit. Does the invision stripe integration support direct debit? Is it possible to specifically select to only allow direct debit on a product with renewals, and exclude card payment option? If not, is it possible for stripe to integrate the above. These are very important as due to 2FA if a reaccuring card transaction is changed in amount, their card renewal payment will fail. With direct debit, it is possible to increase or decrease the membership price, as long as you give notice to the customer. This will avoid failed payments.
