About the Bug Tracker
Viewing bugs in the tracker is useful for clients who enjoy seeing the process of software development. Feel free to reply to bug reports if you have anything to add.
If you have any issues with your IPS Community Suite please submit a ticket in the client area for support.
Status Definitions
Pending = We are still working on this report.
4.x.x = The issue has been fixed and the resolution will be available in the version indicated.
Closed = Feedback or opinion better posted on our forum for discussion. Also for reports we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.
Won't Fix = This is a standard bug tracker status that indicates an issue is extremely minor, only comes up in very specific scenarios, or the fix is not worth time or possible instability to implement.
Disable any custom modifications or add ons and make sure you are using the latest version of the Suite before submitting a bug.
