Jim M got a reaction from rjlp_merged in Editor not showing v5I am impressed this isn't happening all over the web for them. That device is going on 6 years old.
With that said, we typically only provide support for modern devices. With the sheer size and number of devices out there, we cannot really promise compatibility with a device that is older than a year or two.
I've marked this to a developer to see if there is any further insight we can provide though.

Jim M got a reaction from AlexJ in Unpleasant Experience With Invision Just NowThank you for your feedback. Keep in mind that, like most companies, we give out a Free Trial of our software when you first purchase so you have access to all our Cloud has to offer. Once that free trial expires, we remove that functionality. There should be warnings that go out to your email letting you know of this.
This may be something we can improve on in the future to let people know the functionality is only part of the trial. I will bring this internally to see what alerts and improvements we can make that rendered your experience a bad one.

Jim M reacted to My Sharona in Legacy Plans and v5Thank you, again. The conversation is much appreciated.
I'm sure I may have one or two questions going forward as the options are discussed here. In the meantime, I'm probably going to get a trial of v5, and explore it a bit to possibly help for a more reasonable informed decision on that aspect. Regardless of that aspect though, Legacy is going away on Oct 1st, we will consider all available options, in that regard as well.
Really love the software, it's pre-eminent in most everyway.

Jim M got a reaction from My Sharona in Legacy Plans and v5We can provide an export of your whole MySQL database for the software to you so you can review it in a MySQL database.
With that said, we don't typically remove this data from the database but we do prevent access to it. Therefore, if you decide you want to use Pages Database in the future, a restore likely won't be needed.

Jim M got a reaction from Mike G. in Nav menu all capsIt is part of the current default theme. Default set there is uppercase. You can change it via custom CSS if that is not ideal for you.
Not sure if @Ehren has any thoughts or plans here.
Custom CSS can just be:
.ipsNavBar > li > :is(a, button) {
text-transform: capitalize;
}

Jim M reacted to Ehren in Gallery Images stopped fully filling in the gridTerabyte's solution here is correct for your situation. 🤝
For anyone interested, I thought I'd clarify why this happens. The image thumbnails in your screenshot are slightly too small in dimension to fill the masonry grid. The way they've been handled (with the transparent space) is intentional, because sometimes tiny images (imagine an emoji or a small icon) are uploaded, and it wouldn't always be ideal to stretch these to fill the entire image cell.
Here's an example, where the worm image is a small one (72x72 pixels), and so it's displayed in its natural dimension:
With fill applied, it'll stretch the image so it fills the entire cell. This solution works fine for your site, but as a default value, it might not be the best as it'll stretch thumbnails beyond their natural size:
With version 5 being used more and more in the wild, if this situation comes up often, I'll look into adjusting this by default so images always occupy the image cell.
