I have a forum topic that says it's featured, when it isn't. This is an issue because it ends up in emails as a featured item.

I tried manually featuring it, then unfeaturing it. No luck.

You can see it says featured but the option to unfeature it is not there, only Feature is available.

Question: How can I resolve this?

Have you cleared the cache of your community? It may just be the block cache holding on to it if you recently changed it.

Yes, cache cleared a couple times.
