Monday at 01:30 PM2 days Nice. As posted, I thought I had to wait 4 hours for the upgrade. I did a refresh, and it's here. It's a new year and a new version. I’m loving it 😻.
Monday at 02:06 PM1 day Nice feeling… just want to share a little feedback, the first time I see the forum card I haven't idea there is a carrusel… and I was confused why an Avatar additionally displayed? Maybe add a little direction icon to make it better to be understood for new users o users not visit often?
Monday at 03:37 PM1 day The Activity Stream button is now always visible in the foot on the mobile version, which is very nice. But on the desktop version, it’s on the botton right of the page and we need to scroll down to click it. It was not better on the top right like in IPS v4?Also, i’am feeling the new editor laggy, in the desktop version. For example if i press the back button to delete chars, it will lag a lot.

I can confirm the editor is laggy, and not just deleting characters. Even if I write quickly (I have a high typing speed) the words appear with a delay of 1-2 seconds in the editor after I type the text. 🙄 Edited Monday at 03:48 PM1 day by teraßyte

Monday at 03:53 PM1 day Yes, exactly, I have the same problem. I just checked it, especially when someone is writing. Edited Monday at 03:56 PM1 day by PanSevence

Monday at 04:02 PM1 day @Matt Here you go a quick video. The speed is normal, but you can see it gets stuck writing:

Monday at 04:31 PM1 day It’s going to take some getting used to, as when I noticed it earlier I felt surprised to see it. It’s a huge difference compared to v4, you soon start to miss some of the things you used which aren’t there now. This was the only site, where I liked toggling the forums to show as one index. That said, it’s looking good.
Monday at 04:39 PM1 day We can still toggle forums as long as IPS enables the option to customize the views in the user control panel. I’d love to change it too back to table view. 😋That said, where should we post bug reports now? The custom IC5 Bugs database has been hidden. Should we use the usual Technical Problems forum?

Monday at 05:41 PM1 day @Matt the Bug Tracker uses the same editor? Because there the editor lags a lot less using Chrome. Can anyone try it there also?
Monday at 06:06 PM1 day Editor test. I am not seeing any lag when typing as fast as I can. Now let my slam the keys..smdkaslkdsaklnlksadjlksaldkjjm dskljdksal kkldjsakljdksa mkdjskldjlaksjkdjsa jkjdklsajdlkajkj kjsdkljlajdsjakdl.Using Chrome on a Mac Studio. I could see a lot of people not catching this. Not sure I would of caught it if I hadn’t read this post.

Monday at 10:58 PM1 day On mobile can the board index and forum topic list look like on ips4?I don’t like it, it’s messy. It’s much better cleaner with less information, just a member photo icon and time especially on the board index is a better look
