Hi everyone, Back in 2005 (yes, 2005) I had an online community using IPB but ended up closing it. I purchased a license for IPS Community Suite that apparently expired in 2016 (it was actually a "lifetime" license). It's been a long time and I've forgotten a lot of things but I am now interested in re-starting a new community using the same license as I have already paid for it. I was informed by customer service that my license only covers IPS 3.4 and earlier, which I understand, but I cannot find where to download this software. Can anyone direct me as to where I can? Thansk

I hope someone can help. Is it possible to get the URL logic to link to the last updated featured thread? I want to use the link on an external, non IPB page so I don't want to use a block, I just wondered if there was URL logic I could use? Many thanks!

Hello, I am getting a lot of spam and new registrations. Many are spam, but when I go to ACP and try to delete dozens of them, it's just impossible. I have to delete them one by one. ( It never ends, Isn't there a way to delete all of them at once? See the screenshot attached. I just can't see how 😞 Thanks

Hi Guys Want to create some test accounts. What would the login page URL be if we create these as bulk by using .CSV? Admin CP does not work as I've tired that already. All our other users come via Wordpress with SSO but these ones we don't want to be or have Wordpress accounts and be in our CRM.

So I just have a few quick questions... I am currently on the trial and tried using the support chat pop-up at the bottom of my screen but all my previous questions to invision support are no longer displaying and are missing, and I also tried to contact support via my account page in invisions community but it's saying I do not have access to support while on trial so I am not sure if I am in the correct place to ask here but I don't know where else to ask my questions since i ave not received any replies to my now mission pop-up chat requests, but I am very interested in upgrading but I am having some issues with my trial version that I don't think is working corre…

Some of our members are seeing a 'Complete your profile' page asking for their display name and password when trying to access our site but when i go to the ACP under the profile setting there is nothing there under the profile completion page. Hello, i would like to ask you if there is a way how to integrate search results from forum into completely different website 🤔 Lets say a user visits our main website (not forum) and performs some search there. It would be nice if relevant search results from our forum will appear there too, but our forum is now completely independent on our main website 🤔 Is this possible somehow? Thank you.

I just had a user post HEIC format images, but they do not auto embed within the post. I converted them but wondering if 4.5 supports this format? Looked it up and found that: HEIC is the file format name Apple has chosen for the new HEIF (High Efficiency Image Format) Standard.

Unfortunately our installation has not been upgraded since 2013, so we have 4.3.6 installed. We are not able to make the upgrade to latest version as the upgrade needs php 8, but 4.3.6 do not work with it (only up to 7.4). How could we proceed for an upgrade? Is it possible to download intermediate versions and make an upgrade by steps or are there other solutions to try? Thanks

My renewal is due in about a month. What are my options for delaying? My sites are hobby sites and make nearly nothing, so I pay out of pocket for them. I have three sites, so six hundred dollars is a bit much to swallow. I know I don't get updates, support, or spam service if I delay. Let's say I'm due to pay 199 on Feb 19, and I delay until May 1. Do I still pay 199 on May 1? Thanks

This may be an option I'm missing somewhere. I like the idea of having the donation widget, but the primary way people will be donating is by purchasing subscriptions or one-time items in the store. Is there a way to flag a product/subscription as a donation item such that it automatically bumps the donation goal or would this need to be done via a service like Zapier once all of the commerce interactions are present?

On the Article detail page, there are 2 tabs for Reviews and Comments. Is it possible to reposition the Comments tab first followed by Reviews tab without editing the templates? There are rarely any reviews compared to comments and the ordering of these tabs is not optimal.

When I get a bounced email back from a member, I have to do a lot of clicking to uncheck all the email notifications they receive. Is it possible to create a new group, move them to that group, and have them receive no notifications?

Previously this could be fixed by changing the settings on the iPhone under Settings > Camera > Formats from High Efficiency to Most Compatible (although not idea as HF is the default setting) this work around however does not fix all images. And sometimes when a user takes a photo and uploads it, they will see a black image. They can send this image to themselves on telegram for example and then download and then re-uppload, this uploads it as a jpeg, but some quality is lost. Is it possible for Invision Community to natively support direct images that are uploaded from iPhone 15 and later in Most Compatible most and ideally also High Efficiency mode also? …
