Couldn't find the setting, but it would be nice if we could limit member titles/custom titles. If there is a way, I'd be most grateful if someone could let me know. As I allow titles to be edited after 500 posts, but some I've come across are a little long and I don't know if they're old ones from the v3.x.x days. Thanks

How does the Admin reset the profile completion bit so when a user logs in, IPS4 checks with all the Profile Completion steps to see if any of them need updating? That is, the Admin has added new Profile Completion steps (or modified existing ones that might cause them to be incomplete), and some users will have their Profile Status changed to less than 100% again. Is this a theme setting to clear the bit that says to check the Profile Status on next activity by the user?

Hello guys, I've started using a great plugin for mass private messages, as it's much better for our members, and less bothersome than bulk email. However, the problem is, when you send out a mass private message, that means you're sending thousands, due to the number of members we have. The problem with that is that it takes up space (typically 5mb per 500 messages). This racks up quickly, and as we only have 5GB of usable space for storage, I was wondering if there were functions for the following to do across the entire site?: Is there a way to wipe private messages that are a certain "age"? I hope someone can tell me how to change the number of images listed in the main Gallery page under Recently Added? I noticed on my site that's it's too much (3 cols. of 5 images each) and wanted to change it, but for the life of me I can't remember how I configured it in the first place (if I did?). It's not a block so I can't manage it, but it also doesn't show up in the adminCP's Gallery Settings page.

Hey guys, I recently upgraded my Cloud package from the smallest $20/mo package to the slightly larger package that provides more online user capability and the Commerce App. However, the Commerce app isn't appearing. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure if there's something I have to do on my end, as I'm somewhat new to using the Cloud hosting. Normally, I would think I could just download the commerce app on the portal. I contacted support yesterday, but it looks like they're away or, at least, very delayed for the holiday weekend. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm using Commerce with Stripe as my payment system. I want to set up a paid subscription which automatically bills the customer's credit card every year. I understand Commerce can send an e-mail warning, a certain number of days in advance, to let the customer know their credit card will be billed and give them a chance to cancel if they want. My questions are: 1. Is there a setting, for the number of days in advance of the automatic billing, the warning e-mail is sent? 2. My customers will mainly speak Turkish. How would I go about editing/translating the text of this warning e-mail?

Hello, We are currently looking to recreate the IPB Help guides for our website to display our documentation. I am aware that Databases are required to be used but is this style default (doesn't seem to be) or is it publicly available? can we get the custom HTML/CSS? or does this require a paid plugin? Hello everyone, Before I go running to the support desk, hopefully you guys can help me here. I'm trying to make it so that I can have a group based prefix show up in front of members usernames, and have it used everywhere. Currently, I used the basic prefix-groupname-suffix setting under each indivudal group to set a prefix, but that only puts the prefix in front of their username in things like the chatbox and "Who's online" tab. Is there a DIY way to accomplish this so that it shows up everywhere, including in front of their names on latest threads, and so on? So, I've uploaded an ipb installation to a Digital Ocean web server I set up, and It's all ready to go. My domain name hasn't redirected yet, so I'm using the IP address for now. Right as I was about to start it, I realized if I do the install on the IP Address, it might cause problems later on. Should I wait until the domain redirects so IPS doesn't save the IP Address as the installation?

Ok, noob question here!
