Designers Mode Import Bug. When in Designer Mode, synchronizing changes will cause templates in custom groups to be orphaned and the core_theme_templates template_set_id will be set to 0 for the template regardless of which theme set_id they belong too. Due to this, custom groups and templates will show in all Themes, and not the theme they originally belonged too. For example: Theme ID 1: Before synchronizing changes. I have three difference issues with designer mode and themes, and I am not sure if they are all related or not. 1. When enabling Designer's Mode, I get the following error: It seems that there is an issue with writing certain files (not all of them), and it happens every time with the exact same template files. As you can see from this image, the file is written as 0 bytes, but the content is not. If I hit the back button on the browser, the create.phtml file will be written to correctly, but there will be another error afterwards with another file. Hello - I have not yet changed my Store in the forum to subscriptions. I still use "Physical product" when members buy upgrade in memberships. I understand that this is deprecated in next version - I need to alter this as a first step. My question: When I use the "Convert to subscriptions" in my ACP on each product, what happens then? Does the expiry dates and stuff also get copied over and does the members get any emails about the change? Do I need to "warn" them beforehand? Also - what do I need to alter in my store after I take the change? Is it kept the same?

Hi, If I go to [url]/modcp/content/ to see the list of hidden contents, the platform displays "Found 0 results" even though there are 16 pages of hidden contents. See the screenshot below. Can someone check this on their install to see whether this is a core bug or a problem specific with our install? Thanks.

The "Two factor Authentication" using the "Google Authenticator" application stopped being used when I log in. Checking my user profile I discovered the message: “Two Factor Authentication not configured” (I was using the "Google Authenticator" app). When editing, now the only option is “Security Questions”. It is no longer possible to use an “Authenticator App” like Google or Microsoft! If I “Edit”, “+add” a question/answer And “Save” When I return to my profile this is the current user status regarding the "Two factor Authentication" It was not accepted!! Hello, this user purchased the minimum subscription that lasts a month last night, after a few minutes I received a notification that he has already purchased the renewal for next month. I checked and in fact his subscription has been purchased and already renewed, in practice now instead of lasting a month, the expiration is set in two months. What I wonder is: How did the user renew if IP.Board is configured to generate the renewal invoice a week before the expiration? Hey team, I was using extra fields and testing club filters on the sidebar widget. I deleted the extra field being used to filter, which resulted in an error on the homepage, making the sidebar widget unaccessible. I wasn't able to resolve the error until I disabled the club's application, which allowed me to access the club sidebar widget to delete it. Although I was able to resolve it, I wanted to share in-case it's a bug or comes up again in the future. One of my Members is getting this email warning: Your email address is blocked in our system because it has rejected too many of our messages. Please change your email to keep your account secure. And this shows up in his account Activity: Email address was blocked by the Invision Email Service because it rejects incoming email (as a hard bounce) *He doesn’t have and doesn’t want to use another email address. How do I clear or correct this so his email is no longer blocked and he stops getting this warning?

At times, the browser on a tablet displays this text on the top of the homepage - <iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-<ID>" height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe> Refreshing the page makes it disappear (but reappears sometime on later page loads).

This is a little issue, but it bugs me, why the sidebar is not aligned at the top, its slightly lower. I should be at the same height as the blue button but its not. There are no other sidebar widgets above the Euro 2024 widget. Thanks in advance.

I've encountered a bug in the commerce application whereby a user can generate a renewal invoice for their current active product, then change their renewal term after generating the invoice. Upon paying the invoice the amount paid is that of the original renewal, but the renewal term is whatever the user changed it to. So for example. Let's say I generate my renewal incvoice for 1 day at £1. Before paying it, I can change my renewal term to 30 days for £30. I then pay the invoice for £1 but the renewal term given to me is 30 days. I therefore got £29 worth of product for free. This also works inversely.

I am an administrator of a forum, and I want to get notification of reported content sent to my email. Currently, when somebody reports content, it comes up in the community under the reported content icon. But I am not always logged into the community. I tried to change settings in the Account Settings area, but I could not select Email in two of the settings. How do I remedy this? Thank you.
