A little confused by the statement there. What is stopping you from going back to version 4.7.19? Have you upgraded your live site?

Not at present Its not clear there is you mean you are still getting that, or you corrected by running those steps? Im assuming the issue is still there, but thats not clear. If it is, please update your acces detail

The latest stable release is indeed version 4. As for the file showing 4 when downloaded, Ive just checked and it actually shows "invision community". Im not sure why you have _4 prefixed there

You appear to be missing files and missing a table according to that message- Anyone else having trouble with Downloads file screenshots?
Its a different issue that one. We have a bug report open for it though, thanks- Beta 9 is now on the table!

I managed that on my desktop- V5 advertisment per forum settings

You would need to do that using template hooks- How do I update to v5 beta
You woud make a copy of your site first of all. Once you have done that, perform a manual upgrade https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/install-and-upgrade-r259/#manualupgrade- Updated dev site to v5 license key issue
Its just a manual upgrade you would perform. You can see more about this here- Update to v5
