  1. A little confused by the statement there. What is stopping you from going back to version 4.7.19? Have you upgraded your live site?
  2. If they are out of date, then yes they are not enabled. You can only override that by updating them. Its worth noting if they are v4 applications, they will need updating
  3. Not at present Its not clear there is you mean you are still getting that, or you corrected by running those steps? Im assuming the issue is still there, but thats not clear. If it is, please update your acces detail
  4. The latest stable release is indeed version 4. As for the file showing 4 when downloaded, Ive just checked and it actually shows "invision community". Im not sure why you have _4 prefixed there
  5. Its a different issue that one. We have a bug report open for it though, thanks
  6. No. It just means that v5 can now update using the automatic upgrader
  7. https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/480940-beta-9-is-now-on-the-table/#findComment-2985859 #notMatt
  8. The doc I provided you in your other topic is the only doc available for upgrades, and the manual process is the same.
  9. The first item would indeed be whatever the default feed is
  10. Glad to hear you are now upgraded 🙂
  11. I cant see it there either. @Esther E. can probably advise on this. It may be that its a bug
  12. You would need to do that using template hooks
  13. You woud make a copy of your site first of all. Once you have done that, perform a manual upgrade https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/install-and-upgrade-r259/#manualupgrade
  14. Its just a manual upgrade you would perform. You can see more about this here
  15. You need to run the upgrader, as mentioned above
  16. We do not offer testing/staging sites on a standard cloud instance. However we may be able to offer this as an additional service if you contact sales
  17. Once version 5 is released, anyone eligible for that version would be able to upgrade to it.
  18. Are you seeing anything in console when you get the issue with quoting?
  19. Are you seeing anything showing up in the system logs related to this?
