Dropped a support email but not sure if it's been received, seems to be an issue with my email address, incoming going to junk and delayed, outgoing probably the same.I have answered your ticket there, but this is the image scanner. Try switching that off to get them uploaded. I will get a bug report in for that though5 hours ago, media said:I do not see it on my client area...As with above, lease ensure you have converted to community classic within your client area in order to download version 5

So upload a fresh set of v5 files over what you have, and then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade. Of course, you should fully backup database and files before you begin
February 5Feb 5 And we're there, all live and working. Couple of minor issues which turn out to be bugs, I expected a couple, only natural but yeah, the 5 journey begins!Members early feedback has been positive, so I must pass on my thanks to @Matt @Stuart Silvester & @Marc not just for the last few hours rescuing me, but the years of work to get us to this stage along with the rest of the team. Very much appreciated.Oh, do we have a release date for 6.0.0 yet?
February 5Feb 5 Author Management That's great to hear, and I need at least a day off before starting v6. 😅
February 5Feb 5 Has anyone found the footer is actually rendering down the right side of the screen after updating? Wondering if it is a quick setting, or if I should submit a ticket. 😬

I do not see anything here in my client area to convert to V5?
February 5Feb 5 You are currently using a legacy package. In your client area, under your licence, you will have the option to convert to community classic. This allows version 5.
