An issue with the Warning form where a date was not selectable for the warning duration.

This is not fixed for my community after patching. It works only with default reason.

Points and remove points are working again.

iFramely integration is really cool because members can finally embed Instagram posts again. Unfortunately my community surpassed the free tier of 1000 hits in less than 24 hours lol.

I was trying iframely to check how it works, but it's not working for me.

I did setup it here:

I tested an URL on Iframely test feature and it works:

I tested posting the same URL on my site, and this was the result:

But for some reason, in Iframely i already have 1 hit and 6 calls, so the API connection is working:

I’m also still experiencing this issue. For defined warnings, it’s not possible to set a time limit (for example, until when the user should require approval for new replies in case of suspected spam). I can’t check this checkbox at all.

Had you already tried to embed that particular post before enabling Iframely? The backend does cache some requests. Give it another try now, since it's been a week and the cache would have expired. Let us know if it's still a problem.

We're aware that it is still an issue when changing the warning type; we're working on a fix for that in 5.0.15.

@Stuart Silvester ok, i will test it again.

Can you also help with this?

This link iam post here, have the og tags, but for some reason it's not embedding the link.

I noticed that happens to other links that also have the tags, and at the same time, there are links that works correctly and it embeds.

Any reason for this? Is there a way to check the error it happened for it to not embed the link?

Security Update.

We have released a patch to fix an important security issue in Invision Community 5.

To obtain the patch, please go to System > Support and apply the patch from the top left box.

This patch is included in any new downloads of the Invision Community, and all affected Cloud customers have been automatically patched.

I must be stupid and/or blind, but I don't understand how I can apply this patch.

I am logged in as admin, and the only thing I can see about Support is "Get Support", and in here I don't see any top left box that should be clicked...? 🤔

It’s the Fix This button.

Aha, so I am blind then! 🙈

(and maybe stupid as well)

I blame it on the button being green. 😆

Thanks! 🤗

Any update on a timeline for this? It’s impossible to apply penalties

We're currently testing 5.0.15 internally (and on this community). All being well, we'll start the public beta process tomorrow.

Does it include the fix for stuck tasks?

Do you mean for your issue with the broken "move tags" task? Yes, it's included in 5.0.15

Thank you so much!

Yes, I'm curious about this too. Despite being on the cloud system, I still run into the "Locked Task: Queue" issue almost every day.

Sorry to pile on since it seems people are asking about what fixes it includes, does this new update also fix the issue where {resource} image theme tags break upon site upgrade?

It most recently happened when I installed the hotfix Stuart mentioned above; a bunch of background images core to my community's theme design just didn't display, only working when I literally visit the image in a browser tab directly (via ACP > Themes > Resources > Right click resource image > "Open Image in New Tab").

It's been a long-running issue with this suite since early IC4, and I'm crossing all my fingers and toes that something can finally be done about it...

More info in the topic below.

It is not; the issue is still open. I have asked a developer to take a look at it, though, so we can get to the bottom of it.

The release notes for 5.0.15 will be available when we release the beta.

Ah, then i'am missing the forum post somehow. (Edit, and it is now posted)

One new bug on this forum:
When you get a notification. And click on the icon, the page crashes.
There is a breakpoint in the code:

Errorcode: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

Which browser? Are you referring to the browser itself crashing?

Happens in Chrome browser.
Happens here on the forum, but also on forums with beta installed:

Have you tried updating Chrome? It looks like you may be a few versions behind.
