But now i'm happy that the end of the year is near. It was a hard year, not only for the IC-Community, also in private stuff...

Been trying to "skin" it a little further, see what I can do. This is what I've got so far:

 

 

Added an old school image to the ips header from an ipb 1.3 skin I had:

 

There's definitely potential in customization. :D I don't really have the knowledge to mess with placing, but from what I can see and do, I'm pretty happy so far. 

 

I like the new IPSv5 Pages record display template, it works very nicely with some of my Pages databases, but I wanted a unique in your face looks for another database, I reorganise the Pages display template code to fit my needs.

I like the new "Add message" option that was added to the record action setting in IPSv5, which adds that green message box to the article record, it looks very nice 👍.

Nice, what is the color Palette for Side Panel - turkiz? And you have the sam icons for forums. You should use Font Awesome Icons.

Major major major props for the way everything is interconnected in version 5. I love the approach to tagging and I have that woven into the core experience at Fan Clubs, but that’s more of a future endeavor.

My team at my Notre Dame community have really taken to the Featured Content to highlight posts throughout various threads. If you want to see how we’re using Featured Content, the homepage and topic view will give you two different looks.
