How do I get the PWA instructions to appear on an Ios browser that doesn't already have a PWA? Not seeing them pop up anywhere.

have completed the 5.0.10 upgrade. SOSinvision, IPSzone, and many other developers have dozens of applications. I took a backup and performed the upgrade. But it seems it wasn’t even necessary. The upgrade was completed successfully and without any errors. Thanks to the developers. Now it’s time to try out the new features.

I guess the only thing we’re missing is a Mobile App statistics table :)

Have you filled in the settings on System>Settings>Web App, in your admin CP?

first had an error when upgrading with an external extension, uninstalled it in AdminCP and now it happens.

Any ideas?

After I imported a backup and started the upgrade again, it worked perfectly! :)

Glad to hear it :) If there were issues when an extention was installed, please do ensure you report it to the author so they can resolve for others

I have strange issue after upgrade to 5.0.10.

Some users (without any pattern, different browsers, desktop/mobile, different countries across world) sometimes can not see random posts. These posts appear after couple hours without me doing anything. I did not experience this issue myself.

There are two Fix this in support which were not there before:

If I click on fix this I get these values:

Maybe version 6.0.16 is not supported anymore?

Additionally there is optional patch for 5.0.10 which I can install, but it does not sound to me like it is solution for my problem:

I did not have any problems with installation. Clearing cache did not help.

Its just informing you that you have redis. Its not anything particularly wrong there. The issue with random posts, do you have any other caching on your server at all?

We have Cloudflare in front, but even if I tried turning it off (dev mode) posts were not there.

At the same time I could see these posts in both cases.

Not to add to the discussion of why this is not included in all tiers and make you explain yourself again again but I see why people are frustrated because after hours of digging and trying to see what this new quest feature is capable of, I've just learned that it's not included in my tier, and not even in the second cloud tier.

Here's the source of problem about the backlash; when I opened my forum and saw that there is a new update, the update popup stated the new features including quest. If it's not in my current plan please customize the messages and don't advertise it to my tier so that you don't create expectations and let me spend my time on something that isn't even available.

I appreciate you guys with coming up with such great features and I'm quite happy with my forum and software but I also value my time because when I saw the feature I immediately put on my exploration hat and started thinking how I can make use of this new feature. And oh I found some pretty ideas only to realize after spending a few hours and digging through forums that it's not included for my plan. You cannot fix that frustration.

You could have at least include limited numbers of quests for lower plans like you do with live topics. 🫠 For small communities like mine it doesn't make sense to buy an expensive tier. Long way to say please customize your update messages for different plans... Or let us pick and add different features (that are not available to our tier) to our plan with slight different pricing.

Since the update my theme is out of date, even tho was the default one with minimal modifications (the most modification I had was some JS to show the online status of some servers).. I did remove all modification from the ACP, even created a new default theme and set it default, but still the theme is out-of-date. Cleared cache, everything I could think of.

Any idea? And I'll update my details in the client area, if anyone needs a closer look.

Sorry not sure what you mean here. Are you saying you have created a new default and it showing as modified in the admin CP, or are you having issue with it elsehwere?

Urgh. I updated earlier today and asked my team to look at it because I instinctively turn off to anything which includes 'gamification'. I too assumed that it was included in my tier (it isn't) since it was listed in the upgrade details. I will now tell my team, 'nevermind'. But it is an oversight - it happens.

Can v5 update it self automaticly? We did not start the update from beta 4 to 5.0.10 stable ourself. When i woke up, the website was in upgrade mode, and all night offline.
