  1. The advertising features in v5 are more flexible and allow for you to set different ads for different forums. No customization - theme or otherwise - is required.
  2. We do have an open bug report for this, and it will be handled in a future release.
  3. There's no good solution to this. We had a bug report that some tags weren't showing in the list... because it was limited to 100 items, and the admin was looking for the 101st tag. 🤷‍♀️
  4. I feel the need to clarify that I am NOT "reception".
  5. You can ignore the error, that's the result of someone hitting your site during the upgrade. The themes at the bottom are fine - that's light mode, dark mode, and "system". This looks like a 3rd party app, it's going to "chatbox"?
  6. This is due to a query that was included in both the 5.0.0 patch and in the 5.0.1 upgrade. As a general rule, you can ignore those types of messages, there will likely be several of those at this stage (as long as we are pushing out frequent patches).
  7. Careful..... you will decrease the value of this very rare badge if we start handing it out left and right....
  8. No, those changes will not transfer to version 5.
  9. I'm not sure if I would recommend this approach, to be honest. Deleting plugins means you wipe any settings that the 3rd party author might transfer to an app. It's not necessary to disable applications, as the upgrader will do that automatically (and it will lock them as well). I'm also not sure that I would delete Pages templates. You may want them for reference. Deleting themes is probably a good idea, though.
  10. That's not related to an application being "properly disabled" or not.
  11. All 3rd-party apps are disabled before the upgrade starts. Plugins just flat out have no way of being loaded altogether.
  12. It's already logged internally, no need to duplicate. I hope to get to this one (among others) today.
  13. I think so. We haven't made any backend changes to that area that I can think of.
  14. It was called far too often and was almost entirely useless. 😉
  15. You're pushing it..... 😂 Not sure how simple that would be. Unlikely I'll add it now.
  16. Please post this as a bug. I think I'll allow a string to be included in the array (so for example, to add a header you'd just call the header template directly, same as what $form->addHeader() does. Would that work?
  17. Even I'm not working on Christmas this year.... 😂
  18. Would be very very helpful if I could look at it when it's broken.
  19. If you disable posting to the forums, does the issue still occur?
  20. This is going to end up being one of those issues that takes days to find and seconds to fix.
