Does it not show up at any time or like Andriano is stating that is only doing this sometimes?

If not at all, is the language pack up to date? Are there any modifications which are causing errors?

Language pack is up to date.

When I change position of widget or when I edit and save its settings, widget is visible independently from language. Then, suddenly after some time it disappears.

I have some plugins, but I not sure if one of them can cause errors.

Ok, I just switched off all plugins. Widget didn't show up.

Could you please update the credentials on file in the Client Area so I can access your community and also let me know the URL (if not your homepage) which the who's online widget is placed?

Just to add to the topic: I manage to reproduce again on my board, using English, so it isn't a translation issue.

Not a big thing to me, really, because my board is for support only and it has a low traffic usually. Just saying that it happens sometimes. 👍

Is this only when you are using the block manager?

No, I noticed it wasn’t there then I used the BM to show it was enabled.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

No matter what I tried, I couldn't reproduce it on my boards.

@Adriano Fariaand @kodifare you still reproducing this? If yes, could you review the access details we have on file so that I can take a look?

I can. Happened a couple of times on my board today. Will update the info later. 👍

Yes, sorry. Will do it within next hour. 👍

Updated, @Daniel F. Right now the widget is showing up. You can take a look there. I’ll let you know as soon as It is not showing.

@Daniel F, it's not showing right now, if you want to take a look.

Not sure if worth to say but only Admins can view the online list:

Still, not showing to me now:

And sometimes it shows when I edit the widget, like shown in the video; sometimes it keeps not showing.

All 3rd-party stuff disabled.

I had no luck to reproduce it with safari.

Is this happening with a specific browser? Could you take a look at the source code after closing the sidebar manager to see if the widget is there, but hidden? I guess there are also no AJAX request errors being logged in the browser console?
There's probably either something weird going on with the cached widget output, or the output isn't being refreshed when the sidebar is closed.

I'll test when it happens again. 👍

Btw, using FF 98.0.1.

We also have the same issue sometimes in 4.6.9 (checked with chrome and firefox)

browser console doesn`t display any errors.

Also happens here on 4.6.11 but I always put it down to my custom theme.
Usually opening the block manager, toggling it on and off fixes it.

Do you see any JS errors when you close the block manager?
