Posted March 12, 20231 yr All the self hosted packages (which we have been on since 2005) don't appear to have actual technical support available. The packages say: Quote Standard Support: Support is available in our Community Forums. Further down the page it says: Quote Do you provide support for server issues? No - our support coverage for self-hosted plans is limited to issues/guidance with our software only. For problems related to your server, we'll refer you to your host or IT team with more information. We recommend choosing one of our plans if you aren't experienced in server management. When I go to the client area it says our plan doesn't include email support, only the Community forum. But this isn't an issue regarding hosting.
