  1. I spoke too soon. It is now back again. And apparently more prevalent than before. Additionally, when getting the solved puzzle response, the page is not redirecting back to the site. It just hangs.
  2. The issue seems to have passed (I was able to faeces post 8 consecutive times in under a minute without getting the puzzle prompt) for myself. I am however getting reports from others that they are still experiencing this matter.
  3. Close facsimiles of your problem are being reported in other threads in this same sub.
  4. I don't believe you have the capability to turn it off. Stuart stated that certain parts of the network are still suffering from a DDoS attack, which more than likely are causing the puzzle prompts.
  5. I am getting the prompt repeatedly this morning. Other issues include not being able to edit posts. Today is not a good day for issues, please fix ASAP. Thank you. ^^^^ The puzzle prompt that arises will not solve the first time, it has to be loaded a second time no matter what. I couldn't even edit my post above, here and I tried immediately after posting it. ETA: and it merged it... for clarity... It only merged after posting a new message
  6. It's possible they are talking about the Expanded View for the topic listings page(?).
  7. Question on posts showing without having to refresh. This sounds like a very nice addition. The question I would have though, is where is the last read cookie set? To the last post on the page when it was opened or to the last post automatically added? I can foresee complications arising in either scenario. Thanks. Questions aside, v5 looks quite impressive.
  8. Have been running Adsense's GDPR messaging since early Sept. with no issues. If it matters, I am CIC.
  9. Interesting. Thank you for the clarification.
  10. I see this has been fixed. Not sure when it was resolved but thank you, greatly appreciated.
  11. @Jim M Would this apply to Live Topics as well?
  12. Guests from, say a 300-mile radius, are accessing a sole server and getting cached pages. It is possible to have a national/global appeal and for it to also be very localized.
  13. Yep, happening here as well. I would think that it is a Xer issue though.
  14. Is there a way to increase/lessen the cache times for guests? I can see a scenario where, due to the nature of a site, you have a lot of guests at certain points and it would be ideal to have lesser cache times in those instances.
  15. Google claims to not penalize duplicate content on a site but regardless, it can still hurt your SEO practices. The problem lies in the fact that IPS places a <link rel="canonical" ...../" /> tag (which directs a search engine that this is the master copy) on both the page and the topic. You can easily see this by viewing the page source of both the page and topic. It should be line 171. You shouldn't have a canonical tag on both pages claiming to be the master. I have reported this previously but never followed up on it by placing the topic in the Feedback sub.
  16. Just to confirm, had the errors issue here. And it may have been the same time, depending upon time zones. The minutes match up.
  17. Apologies if addressed already. Will there be an optional ability to turn this feature on (or off for that matter) within the ACP?
  18. Did you look at the header? email addresses can be spoofed on display.
  19. Just for faeces and giggles, try setting it for 2 hours.
