  1. I’ve bit the bullet and set a date of November 1st to switch to email logins. I’ve had a topic pinned for 2 years warning people this was coming, then having read this the other day, sent out an alert to all members as well as pinning a fresh topic in the main board. I know I’ll still run into issues trying to recover accounts from those that haven’t been on for a while, just one of those things I guess. Can see the reasoning behind switching to make things more secure, even though we have had no known breaches since opening in 2009. Plus having users email addresses up to date isn’t a bad thing, I might start investing time into email newsletters with a few cheeky ads in to boost revenue.
  2. These theme updates are making me extremely horny, not gonna lie. 😍
  3. Think I have 2 email addresses which are blocked as I would have been receiving emails whilst I was waiting for my DNS to update, I have sent a support ticket but it’s from one of the email addresses which is blocked, not sure if you will have it. Ooops.
  4. Is the addon something you can add on for say a month then remove? Just thinking that when v5 comes out, something I didn’t completely slipped my mind when moving to the cloud, was not having that dev site to build a theme ready to go. 😬 I don’t stray too much from the default theme in general, easier on the regular upgrades. A staging site though would be helpful, however it’s something that I would only really find useful for say a week or two at most post v5 launch. For myself, there isn’t anything else in this addon that I would use to be honest which kind of expensive, unless I can just do a month, a one off I could stomach the cost.
  5. Thanks, was too excited to read the topic fully.
  6. And they are working! Only thing is, you don't have badges on the app icon, even though they are enabled?
  7. This having to save the website to the homepage as a web app thing, is that what Apple are forcing all websites to do to use safari notifications then?
  8. Ahh constants.php, had config file in my head for some reason and thought I had removed it. Cheers 👍
  9. Should we be getting daily big red notices for beta releases on our frontends and in the admin panel? Running v4.5.4.2 but it also says that 4.5.4.2 is included in this update, kinda confusing when I'm already running that. If I recall correctly you used to add a line to the config file to run beta updates through the admin panel, just looked and I can't see it there. <?php $INFO = array ( 'sql_host' => '', 'sql_database' => '', 'sql_user' => '', 'sql_pass' => '', 'sql_port' => , # 'sql_socket' => '', 'sql_tbl_prefix' => '', 'sql_utf8mb4' => , 'board_start' => , 'installed' => , 'base_url' => '', 'guest_group' => , 'member_group' => , 'admin_group' => , );
