hello, we just upgraded our test site from 4.7.22 to 5.0.9.

No issues for upgrading but first test looks like some images published cannot be opened when clicked.

Ex --> https://avex-asso.org/ipstest/topic/8761-m13-au-c14h/ has a jpeg file and is clickable to be zoomed

Ex --> https://avex-asso.org/ipstest/topic/8756-dora-m16/ has a images in the post with hyperlink to website/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png instead of a link to uploads/date/file.png

Comparison with production forum in V4.7.22 --> https://avex-asso.org/ips/topic/8756-dora-m16/ this one works OK.

Might be a upgrade issue.

Have you allowed all of the background processes to complete? (you can see a list of these on the AdminCP dashboard)

All background task remained unfinished, I forced them manually and this bug is solved. Thanks.

Next thing is the icon for ranking that seems to be missing

Member can be regular, rising star etc. but icon not showing.

On the production forum, I can see the icon

If you are missing it only on your test site, its very likely you are missing the image itself on your copy

In fact, the file is in both sites but it looks like the url called is changed between the 2 sites.

In prod, (/ips) when I inspect the image location, I have the url in the format <BASEURL>/uploads/monthly_2021_07/8_Regular.svg

In test platform, the url looked for the image is <BASEURL>/topic/xxxx-Name o topic/monthly_2021_07/8_Regular.svg so it doesn't match the location which is the same as the prod instance.

All the images in test platform are located in the same place as the production.

Your URL is missing the base url there for the image. I would suggest checking your third party applications installed and theme edits. Then also check your storage configuration. Something is off here. Make sure to also clear your cache.

hello you were right, I disabled 3rd party customization, cleared cache and reset the default themes.

Its now ok !
