January 31, 20195 yr I'm unable to get it to show up on 4.3. I can see the settings in the account settings>user icon, but selecting one changes nothing. Doesn't show in the preview or anywhere on the forum.

September 7, 20204 yr Author Well, according to myself, who updated, you’re using a the old version. 😂 Try support with IPS. They handle marketplace stuff. The version released today is 4.5 only: You can click in to check new versions a few times. It’s working for others in different resources.
September 8, 20204 yr Author None of the 3 resources you said above are PLUGINS anymore; they're all APPLICATIONS now. Fresh install: 4.4: 4.5: See the difference? If you use script from a 4.4 theme, plugins from 4.4 will show up because the plugin will find the proper HTML to add the hook! Your custom theme is outdated. Theme hooks from 4.4 DO NOT show up in 4.5. I had to update 10 resources or so with it. Had a bug in Tracker for 20 days on it!

September 8, 20204 yr @Adriano Faria The issue with @Morrigan not being able to upgrade is because your new application has a lower (long) version number than your plugin did (despite this being a point in the guidelines for this exact reason). No one using your plugin will be able to upgrade to the newer version.

January 15, 20214 yr We are running version 1.0.0 and trying to update to 1.1.0 but when I try, I get a message that this is already installed. Do I have to uninstall the old version and buy the new version afresh please? pj
