  1. 5.0.10 "Final" is now out! This release fixes the following issues since the last beta: The new PWA installation instructions were not showing when using a tablet Header and footer advertisement placements were not working
  2. Matt commented on Matt's release in Release Notes v5
    Changed Current Release to No
  3. I'll see what we can do.
  4. Just keep in mind those colours have to be safe for both light and dark mode. Which is why we went with the colours we have. We also take on the feedback about the spoiler and code box, we may change these but keep in mind that we now have one editor for all devices so we don't want it to look like this on a mobile device.
  5. Beta 4 is on its way! There is only one tiny change and that is to fix the issue with PWA splash screens. After upgrading, head into your AdminCP and re-upload a new splash screen image (ACP > Settings > Web App). Then delete any installed PWA on your phone, then re-add it.
  6. Beta 3 is on it's wayThis brings a few fixes and improvements to the PWA/web app.
  7. There are so many factors that could prevent them from being delivered. I was testing this a few weeks ago and spent hours debugging only to realise my phone had focus mode on, so no notifications were delivered. 99.99% of the time, it's the OS stopping them. I have an iPhone and I've been using the PWA for a few weeks now, and always get notifications and notification count badges.
  8. Cloud isn't just a VPS though. It's a lot of services and micro services tied together with custom glue. Anyway: 5.0.10 Beta 2 is on its way to Cloud®This is just a little update that fixes the following: Unable to use the Page Editor on some Pages build pages Unable to edit club forums
  9. Any downtime is frustrating and lives long in the memory but in context it's a tiny amount. Our uptime so far this year is 99.9947%. We have a lot of internal alerts that trigger when any anomalies are detected. We also have multiple clusters so it's unlikely that everything is down at one time. This site is used as a beta testing area also, which can have consequences now and again that won't affect any other cloud site.
  10. The CSS issue is still open, the JS template issue should solved now in 5.0.10 Beta 1.
  11. We have a lot going on, including a website refresh and documentation which is all in progress. Which issues are they?
  12. We should really set up a proper referral program. We tend to upgrade and test betas on this site to find any issues before we release it. A few days ago things went a bit wrong and took a while to resolve. It's not a cloud issue, it's a me issue. 😇
  13. I like the design of this Quest.
  14. We had another issue unique to this site which popped up mid-upgrade, but it wasn't directly linked to the release.
  15. Cancel your vacation plans and stock up on water and essentials, because 5.0.10 Beta 1 is here! We have a bumper beta for you to test out. This is probably one of the biggest updates since v5.0 was released, so perhaps approach this one with a touch more caution. We didn't, we upgraded our site straight away but we also have ✨backups✨ and strongly suggest you do too. Along with a large increase in REST/webhooks, we also have a whole bucket load of fixes and some new features which include: New: Quests Advert management improvements PWA improvements Pages rollback feature The full list is over on our release notes page. Have fun, and let me know how it goes!
  16. Matt posted a release in Release Notes v5
This is the latest version of Invision Community 5.0.10. Key changes include: New: Quests ( Team, Business & Enterprise plans ) Advert management improvements PWA improvements Pages rollback feature
  17. Most likely :) It's used here which I like to do for a day if I have the time to shake anything out.
  18. Quests will be in our July release (5.0.10). Sometimes we're not 100% sure when we write the blogs, so on the rare occasion we won't mention it. But now it's in, I can confidently state it'll be in our next release with a beta due very soon.
  19. I don't want to endlessly talk about this. It's been covered so many times, so I'll do a quick recap: 1) No, self-hosted is not being removed and no, we're not "crippling" it even though it only accounts for 12% of sales now. 2) Yes, there are product tiers and features that are only available to some tiers. This is how all businesses operate. We really have to move on from how forums used to operate a decade ago as that model is long dead. We can't keep having the same conversation each time we create something that isn't available on all plans. 😀
  20. It will. While we might have features for higher tiers, it does not mean that we are abandoning Invision Community Classic (aka self-hosted) or going to remove core features already in there.
  21. We want to add a bunch more rules that will not be package specific.
  22. Ehren sees all anyway, no tags required. 😁
  23. I don’t think you can compare the speed of a production site against my localhost connected to a tunnel via ngrok so I could record on my phone using a site in dev mode with all caching off.
