Promoted / Featured items API - no custom title or description

We're trying to pull promoted items from the API for embedding away from our community, but are running into an issue in that it only returns the original title and no description when a custom title and description has been set. I'm assuming this probably isn't a bug as it aligns with the API docs, but I think that since custom titles and descriptions are available when promoting content, it would be sensible to add that to the data the API returns?
