Hello, my database is being filled with this template error from months. Can anybody help me to sort this problem?

Would want to go to ACP -> Support -> on the right-hand side under "Tools & Diagnostics" -> click View Third party Hooks -> Find the number in the error stack above and try disabling the third party application/plugin. If that resolves your error, that third party application/plugin is the issue.

Even after taking all these measures, the error continues to persist.

That changed the stack trace so while I understand it didn't resolve it, you are making progress.

Next step would be switching to an unmodified theme.

I tried to use the unmodified default theme, browsing through my store, but still the same result.

Something to do with the sidebar, category filters, i guess.

Error is repeating 7 times whenever i visit my store.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

I just updated my access information. You can access now.

With 438 hook poins and 70+ applications and 70+ plugins, I would strongly urge you to uninstall any which you are not using or are not 100% essential to your community. These can create issues even if they are disabled.

The foundation of my site is built upon a complex architecture. Through the use of various applications and plugins, I have managed to acquire all the necessary functionalities required to run the site effectively. However, I am open to your suggestion of going through each application and plugin to uninstall any components that are no longer needed.

Can you identify the root cause of error precisely?

I'm afraid, we cannot with that high number of third party add-ons. It is, unfortunately, impeding any further testing.

I would suggest creating a test instance of your site and using it to test removing plugins/apps one by one till you find your problem.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! I really appreciate it. I'm going to give it a try and see if it helps solve this problem. It might take some time, but I think it's definitely worth a shot. It seems like the only way to go.

I've gone ahead and installed a test version of my website, and I've been systematically removing each plugin and app one by one. Surprisingly, even after removing all of them, I'm still unable to resolve this error. Is there anyone who could kindly help me out with this? It's quite frustrating as my site keeps crashing, and I have to reboot the server every time just to bring it back online.

I have mentioned test site credentials in the notes section of Stored Access Information. Please take a look.

 

Do you perhaps have any custom blocks?

Try just removing the code on them on your test site one at a time, and see if it comes back. I suspect it will

I just removed all of them but still the error.

Error is showing in the category filters: /store/?tab=7&filter[3]=1&csrfKey=f35aa1853c7cc86baf280ca44faa73dc

[[Template nexus/front/store/categorySidebar is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Absolutely! Rest assured, I'll make sure to share a solution that will be of great help to others. Currently, this issue has caused my entire website to go offline. The CPU resources were maxed out, but I remain optimistic that a speedy solution will be found.
