Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted July 8, 201014 yr Management We have had several requests to create a t-shirt for sale here on IPS for anyone who might be interested in buying one. We thought it might be fun to have the community design the shirts. Really have no idea what we are looking for here so feel free to be creative. Obviously keep it clean and attractive. Think to yourself
July 8, 201014 yr Author Management I suppose we can have more than one design too. The vendor we are using for shirts prints them one at a time so not like we are committed to one thing.
July 8, 201014 yr I think a collage of signed staff photos would look great. :) Could also have them put down the year they first started working with IPS, so people could look and find the history of those who joined on after it all got started (like bfarber in 2005). Who's the vendor?

You'd seriously buy and wear that?

July 8, 201014 yr I would wear a t-shirt with the company logo on the back and say your username on the front

July 8, 201014 yr Any chance of getting a hold of some IPS images in large size? I know the company is probably hesitant to giving that sort of stuff out, but it would really make the design process easier instead of attempting to make it extremely small or free hand. I got some ideas. Trying some things out. If I have time I'll hopefully be able to post something to contribute. I personally love the idea of an IPS shirt. I'd wear it proud.

I ride a Geezer Glide, hang out with a crowd that your mother warned you about, and my idea of acceptable most likely doesn't fall under the proper "corporate image". So yes, I WOULD wear a shirt like that! I think a nice IPB logo on the front, with Calvin doing his thing to a vB logo on the back would be priceless.

Same here on maybe getting those, would make it a lot easier. I would also wear the shirt 8D.

Will there be an option to send a shirt to someone at another location as a gift? I would love to send one to a person in Los Angels CA for instance. :)

July 8, 201014 yr I'd wear anything with an IPS logo. I'm all for support. Question though, are we looking at t-shirts, polo shirts or both?
July 8, 201014 yr My only suggestion would be to make sure you have an extremely hot chick model it. Oh, and bacon. I'll buy anything with bacon on it...............
July 8, 201014 yr Front over left pocket: Invision Power Services Back - large letters: Community Software - Made Easy
July 8, 201014 yr Can we have the logo of the ips loco? (can it be downloaded from the customer center?) Prize would be nice. even if its small.
July 8, 201014 yr Please note that print design is different from web design. The resolution / dpi should be set to at least 300 for the quality of the print to be clear and not pixelated. Would be a good idea to work with vectors so you wouldn't need to worry about pixels.
