  1. I chose the.... db Fix automatically option.
  2. Thank you so much. We had thousands of people trying to buy tickets in the space of a few minutes and I was trying to keep it down to members and screwed up. Thank you so much! Greatly appreciated. Jamie
  3. Not a hack. I think I know what I did, I had the two sites open and was moving people around in the back and did it on the wrong site. I had to shuffle people in and out of usergroups for the ticket sales. Pretty sure this is me being dumb.
  4. Hi there, my admin access to this site has disappeared. No idea why or how or if the site was hacked. Nothing bad seems to have happened to the site. If someone has hacked it, I need to restore that ASAP Wipe out all admins please, leave only Admin Thanks
  5. Well... now that I am actually using this thing.... When it kicks back the label to print, is the format decided by the carrier or the EasyPost plug in? Am I just being stupid, in that I can't simply right click and print a PNG. If you open it into a separate window, and use the print function it prints on two pages... Disabling it... I have 500+ shipments so this doesn't work. So many many many mouse clicks
  6. I can see how this would get out of hand complexity wise really fast. A simple solution might be add X dollars for multiple items. Maybe the variable sits on the product itself. Add X dollars per item to shipping.
  7. If I sell one item, the cost of shipping in Canada could range from $8.60 to $30 for same item based on location. For this EasyPost is fantastic and works great. But if they buy 3 of those items say, that $8.60 is suddenly $22 in real world shipping costs. So I would lose $13.40 on that transaction because the shipping stays at $8.60 I could do a manual pricing in the system, then apply EasyPost manually, but the difference in shipping costs the 8 to 30 kills that right off the bat. The dynamic pricing on the shipping is amazing, it works great. But is there any way to adjust it so it reflects the cart?
  8. Huh... That's weird. Pretty sure I had orders come in... Thanks for that, put this one in the moron pile I guess.... 🙂 JM
  9. Commerce is good to go. Works Great And Support looks enabled. Permissions
  10. As far as I can tell the module is enabled. But I keep getting this screen. I see an error code in the lower right. Is there some other place to turn this on, or some step I am missing? Thanks JM
  11. Great...I would hate to shut down the store when all those people are there. Thanks, tomorrow is going to be interesting.... 🙂 JM
  12. Is there anything you can do for a large traffic spike? I expect somewhere between 2500-4000 people to be all logging in at the same time tomorrow. Thousands more just hitting the site. Maybe that is nothing these days and I am just out of touch...lol If they only need to log in and see one page, is it worth shutting down the forum/store/gallery ect...? JM
  13. Am I missing some way to do this? People seem to like to enter half addresses, the place the live in some imaginary dimension.... ect... So people email saying they screwed up their address on an order. Is there any way to change is? Thanks JM
  14. Curious about this. I had noticed this before on other products but the numbers never mattered before. I set the initial inventory to 500. But the math doesn't add up. Am I missing something, or missing orders, or is it logging failed transactions as purchases? Thanks JM
  15. Yeah, I think it was my dork maneuvers that made it worse. Thanks for the help! Jamie
  16. Ah, ok. I just started chopping things out in an attempt to fix it before posting here. I set it "any" to "any" and zero. See if that works. Thanks Marc. Jamie
  17. I eliminated them and incorporated it into the price because I thought it was the issue. We had the issue with the shipping methods. I'll try it again. Thanks, JM
  18. Here is a screen shot of one of the people who just tried it. Also the person with this screen shot tried on three different browsers and mobile.
  19. The trouble with the shipping rules I find, is getting it right in Canada. For example a single scarf to $3 to send, two scarves is $19. So it is better to have the price included and ship them all separately. I banged my head on the wall of shipping rates and no matter what I did it always said it was invalid or didn't cover all possible situations. I'll have another go at it. Not sure why the payment method was not selected. Thanks for fixing that. I'll see if people still have problems Thanks Jamie
  20. No we are still getting the same issue. Others are still able to buy the item, but it's not clear how many it is failing for. Enough to get posts on forum,FB,Twitter,email... ect... I eliminated all shipping methods and simply incorporated it into the price of the scarf. It is this item https://www.thevoyageurs.org/store/product/30-25th-anniversary-scarf/ Thanks JM
  21. The Print label could just be stacked onto the Invoice. Just combine them so the larger print label is at the top. Would make folding it up really easy too.
  22. I get this error when I use the "Ship" button. It does toggle the Shipped/Pending status though. If it is toggling it, is there any reason I should not continue to use it? It's a lot of stuff to ship, I am supposed to get done this week. Thanks JM
  23. This would save an immense amount of time if you ship a lot of things. I currently have about 2000 things to ship, and it is going to be more. It may not look like that in my list but we had to switch the membership to a digital product because we had so many shipping errors. Right now I have to print twice, staple those together, pack, pull it apart cut out the label and attach it to the package. If the invoice could have a better formatted address on it all the info would be in one place. It could be folded and use as a packing slip. All that would be required is to copy the Print Label formatting into the address part of the Invoice. Anyone else have any better ideas? JM
  24. I just noticed EasyPost was enabled. I disabled it and will get some of these people to try again. Thanks for creating the ticket. JM
  25. I have a lot of people telling me that the system can't ship to their address. All within Canada. I've tried wiping the shipping rates, rebuilding the product.... Any ideas what might cause this? Thanks JM
