I don't know if this is a bug or intended or my remembering is completely wrong here. I remember that in v4 when you clicked somewhere in the read area (not on the links of user etc.) you were sent to the newest post of this thread? Now, we have to click on the thread link itself to get there. If you click in the area you're instead brought to the forum itself.

Yes, indeed. I used the menu manager and added the link. But it doesn't do the nice popup and you would have to create an extra link for every application.

Do you plan to bring a version of the "Create new content"-Button back we had beside our user menu in version 4? With the possibility to create a home page which isn't necessarily a special application or a specific database we now have to click several times to even find an add new thread/article etc. button. Or do I miss something? Or give as the possibility to create such buttons with the menu manager. Currently, I can create a button but it doesn't do the nice popups.

Okay, I had to be more specific. The Pages Images Widget is another example.

Are there plans for harmonizing the add image options so that in every application there are the same options? If not, would you? :) Upload image Choose existing attachment Choose gallery image Choose Stock photo For example in Pages when adding an article I have only the options to choose between upload and stock photo.

I think why is the link text beween the a-tags not abbreviated and text as a whole is used instead of abbreviating it with ... after x number of characters. But I habe no idea if the software did it before.

I think this has always been the case for the topic feed. You want to try the latest post Widget. This should get you want you want. Edit: Nevermind, it shows all posts not only the last one of a topic.

The new Images Widget in Pages now only shows one image at a time. There is no option available for showing more than one image at a time. This is wasting a lot of space. Uploading images to the gallery and using the gallery widget isn't an option because the Pages Images Widget has additional functionality which the gallery widget doesn't have. With the Pages widget you can show a customizable caption and you can insert a link to a different area of your homepage. The gallery widget can't do that. So please return to more than one image at a time. An additional feature could be that you don't need to upload an image but you can provide a URL to an existing image.

Unfortunately, how ML in general works I doubt this is easily possible. ML can do syntax but not semantic. In my experience LLM for a specific purpose where curated data was used to train them are mostly highly accurate. Also, they don't hallucinate an answer if there is no valid answer to your question. They just say, there is no information. What is also true is, usually, they're not free because the curating of data is done before creating the model and depending on the knowledge domain this could be a manual process which is expensive. I can't help you with the question because I don't know your knowledge domain. If you use IPS cloud service I think they're currently planning such a feature. For the same reason as stated above, though, I have my doubts it will work this well.

While I don't doubt that there are many valueable posts in your forum I don't think the vast majority is. That said, you need to set clear restrictions and conditions for your model which posts to add or you don't get the result you want. If you do that it is likely from your 5.6 million posts only a few thousands are that valuable. If you don't do this you will get a lot of noise which makes your result below average.

Perhaps it is because plugins are not supported anymore but only applications?

I think instead of showing the user name and the date of the last entry it would be nicer if there is a message that you don’t have access to this forum without the proper permission. Active client or something else. The current list is kinda useless. You check for permissions anyway so some kind of a configurable content unavailable view would be nice. You could configure a specific message and icon in ACP.

Did you run the upgrade script on /admin/upgrade Do this on a test environment please... 🙂 My guess is you have to upgrade first to 5 before uploading the dev tools.
