My site is extremely slow (10s to load a page when it ends up loading) or just plain down right now. 

Give it a moment, and should be back to normal. 

We had to deploy some new nodes, it can take a few minutes to settle. Actual downtime was measured in seconds, I've been watching the response times graph obsessively. 😅

Ok apparently it's working as expected again. 

twice in the last hour my site has gone down and dumped all the users, it's a daily occurrence just lately☹️

It appears that the cloud hosting was down again about 1H1/2 ago. 

Something's just not right. 

I can report the same experience(s) today.
