We’re just waiting for the ability to configure the correct notification icon, as we still have this issue on 5.0.11.

Yes, that feature hasn’t been added yet. It is on our roadmap for a future update.

  • I don’t think you can compare the speed of a production site against my localhost connected to a tunnel via ngrok so I could record on my phone using a site in dev mode with all caching off.

  • I can hear that gif lol

On iphone / Ipad when your reading a topic, is there a way to go back to previous page? Like a swipte to the right or something? An user asked that, but i don't have an iphone.

Yes, there is. Works both when using the mobile app and in Safari.

So that would be the swipe feature?

User says when they go to unread topics, click on a topic. Then it goes not back. And needs to click on unread topics again.
When user goes into a topic, and there is an link to an other topic and is clicked, user cannot go back to the first topic?
Can someone test that? And explain to me how you can go back?

Is this on the "app" or just visiting the site through a browser as normal?

Web app on iPhone Air, latest iOS.

I guess the first question I would ask there, is are you on the latest OS?

Swiping works in both Safari and web apps in all versions of iOS from 2013 onwards, so your visitors will most definitely be able to do it 🙂

Maybe user swips wrong?

Does a swipe to be a short swip or from screen border to screen border?

Edge to say middle, it's exactly the same as it would be in every app on the iPhone, it's standard stuff across the phone.

I would maybe suggest something like removing the web app, reinstalling or rebooting their device.

Found the issue. User did not completly swipe from edge to edge on the screen.
