Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted December 6, 2024Dec 6 Hi, today, we discovered we cannot download file attachments from our pages, forums, or messages. I have tried being in a few different groups, and it's the same. When we edit the posts, they are there. I tried new posts, and they are not working either. This is a serious issue for us as we depend on this feature. Cheers Alex

January 10Jan 10 Having this issue on my forum. Downloads are throwing an error "server not found" and for some reason are directing to https://f0005/backblazeb2.com.... I'm not sure why my local attachments are directing to an external website. My invision forum is hosted by invision.

Backblaze is our storage partner on Cloud so being directed there when downloading is correct. However, you would need to ask ExpressVPN why you are having issues downloading a file on their VPN. It may be they are blocking it or Backblaze is blocking it.
