Hi, today, we discovered we cannot download file attachments from our pages, forums, or messages. I have tried being in a few different groups, and it's the same. When we edit the posts, they are there. I tried new posts, and they are not working either. This is a serious issue for us as we depend on this feature. Cheers Alex

This should be fixed now.

Having this issue on my forum.  Downloads are throwing an error "server not found" and for some reason are directing to https://f0005/backblazeb2.com....  I'm not sure why my local attachments are directing to an external website.  My invision forum is hosted by invision.

You're on our cloud so I have transferred this to a ticket for you.

My wife tried to download from our forum (using her VPN which is different than mine) and had no problem.  So I turned my ExpressVPN off and it worked just fine.

Now I have to wonder why ExpressVPN is re-directing my URL clicks to some strange website...

Apparently it's one of their partner websites that does cloud storage, so now I have to ask if ExpressVPN is storing my web traffic...

Backblaze is our storage partner on Cloud so being directed there when downloading is correct. However, you would need to ask ExpressVPN why you are having issues downloading a file on their VPN. It may be they are blocking it or Backblaze is blocking it.
