Brian Correll Posted August 19 Posted August 19 i have noticed after using permissions and disabling guest access to different parts of the website when if they have a old like that used to work for guest and visit they see the opps image below and it makes a log every time with OutOfRangeException::0 also if a logged in user visits a page that dont exist anyone or post that dont exist . it also generates OutOfRangeException::0 in the logs .
Brian Correll Posted August 19 Author Posted August 19 sure i just generated a error in your log using this link https://invisioncommunity.com/gallery/album/3-testing/&tab=reviews
Brian Correll Posted August 19 Author Posted August 19 sure it was ... or you guys have something different . shows in the bottom right corner of your site a error code . errors goto logs . correction its in the System Log
Jim M Posted August 19 Posted August 19 That's just a generic 404 error. The gallery does not exist that you're attempting to go to.
Brian Correll Posted August 19 Author Posted August 19 so it it normal to insert a line into the system logs for those .
teraßyte Posted August 19 Posted August 19 No, it shouldn't add a log for those. If it's doing it on your site, it's possible the error is coming from a 3rd party modification. I've seen it happen in some cases: The item doesn't exist, but the modification doesn't account for it and an OutOfRangeException error is logged.
Marc Posted August 20 Posted August 20 We would need the link from your specific trial in order to be able to assist further.
