September 20, 2024Sep 20 Was this user just first initially signing in when they were seen as anonymous? It hadn't looked like they touched anything in the software.

September 23, 2024Sep 23 Unfortunately its difficult to see why they would have been showing as anonymous, without being able to see the issue in action itself. Have you asked the user at all, if they are aware or it?
