Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
David N. Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 When I compose a private message, and click the Smilie button, the smilies appear underneath the message window?
Marc Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

I filled them only a short while ago so that Invision could help with another issue, and I don't think anything changed? Which specific password isn't working for you, the FTP one or the cPanel? Thank you!
Marc Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 It's the admin CP login. If you have added cpanel details there, that is incorrect. Its login for your admin CP we need David N. 1
David N. Posted October 5, 2022 Author Posted October 5, 2022 Ok I just entered my admin CP password again in my client area. Thanks for your patience.
Marc Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I have created a ticket for you on this so we can take a closer look. I cannot replicate on my own instance, but can see it happening on yours consistently. David N. 1
Solution David N. Posted October 6, 2022 Author Solution Posted October 6, 2022 This issue was resolved, it was due to the ad javascript messing with the theme. Marc and Mark H 2
