If the member title field has been removed, then maybe it would be appropriate to add an option that allows you to put some of your own profile fields in hovercard?

I wouldn't have to display them under the posts/solved.

Yup. Already use this and LOVE IT. Everyone should have it.

But now I need to also add a couple of the profile fields to the hover card.

@Giray, it will use the same profile field permission for displaying in content:

 

Although there's a permission to show in profile, this one is easier to implement, etc. Sooooo,  it will show in profile card (hover) the fields allowed to be displayed in topics (posts).
